Please advice what to do in a situation like this because it went bad on Thursday when I went with her to pick up the staff, she called cops and said we are trespassing, what we do not understand is that a deposit for a month was paid in advance, fees for the month of November was paid in full. What kind of a day care is this, its not like she is taking the kid out of school by choice but because they are relocating for a new job,she sent parents a threatening letter that if they take the kid out of that school she will sure their F****** asses,please help my friend get here money back and the kids toys. As a day care centre you are expected to provide that for the kids, not parents have to Mbuli,unless if there's a shortage and parents are notified, and when parents wanna take kids out of the school, you have no right to refuse them and threten to sue. I started working for a company called area-sat in capetown in 2007. I had not yet aquired a S.A I.D or Tax registration no. and worked there for the duration of 2yrs. In that 2years I earned + - R 4000 pm and was charged TAX and Whilest working there I still Did not have any paperwork or documents pertaining to tax. registry untill recently and have no rights to that lost money due to the fact that I had no tax number. I would like to bring this to your attention as there are many zimbabweans that are still under employed by them. I am a zimbabwean from Harare and I came to S.A to find work.
